You can get your art to us via snail mail (for your printed/drawn art or computer discs) or electronically (for your scans, PDFs, bitmap, or vector art). Once you've read this page about media and file formats we can use, you'll probably want our:

Media Formats:
	Hardcopy, yes, that's actual pictures on paper folks. We love hardcopy artwork- the cleaner, the better. 100% size would be great but we have gotten art projects in crayon and pulled it off beautifully.

	And of course electronic, lots and lots of zeroes and ones. We accept IBM PC compatible formatted floppy discs, ZIP disks, and ISO CD-ROMs, or you can upload your file right here on our website.


File Formats:
	Graphics should be submitted in Corel Draw (with fonts embedded), Adobe Acrobat PDF, JPEG, or GIF format. If you have questions about a specific format, email us first.

	When submitting PDF files, make sure you follow these guidelines: Make sure you "embed all fonts." Turn off "downsampling", "subsampling", and "CMYK to RGB" conversion options. Select "Compress Text and Line Art" if you wish to compress the overall size of the file. Save in binary mode. Avoid using TrueType fonts


Fonts:
	While we do not own every font ever created, we do have a large library of fonts in shop. We can often recommend, match or substitute a font for you depending on the needs of your project. But to be on the safe side and make sure that the fonts you have chosen are supported, you should submit the fonts when available.

	For Corel Draw and Adobe PDF file, you can embed fonts when exporting the file; just follow the directions in your software help if you don't know how.

	For other vectored formats, we ask that you convert type to curves to help avoid problems.

	For JPEG, GIF, or other bitmap formats you should still send us the font used if you have it, as we may need to recreate your file as vector art to print it properly.
